Job summary

Seaboard Foods seeks an Inventory Control Lead in Guymon, OK to manage receiving, data input, and verification of packaging materials for a pork harvest facility. You will collaborate with the box shop team and operations to ensure accurate inventory and timely material flow.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Physically receives and records all packaging materials in the inventory system.
• Understands labeling and lot system for product packaging.
• Conducts inventory counts, rotation, and transfers, and enters counts into the system using RF scanners.
• Monitors and maintains inventory levels in the system.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure entries follow nomenclature for sourcing events.
• Operate a forklift and maintain certification.
• May supervise production employees in the absence of the Supervisor.
• Collaborate with department leaders and operations management to provide high service and accountability.
• Comply with food safety and workplace safety practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
