Job summary

Videa is seeking a People Operations Generalist to build the foundation for how people experience working here. You’ll own onboarding, an employee hub, policies, and scalable processes, reporting to the VP of People and collaborating across teams.

You’ll apply AI and automation to onboarding, support, and new programs, create self-service tools, and turn ideas into tools people actually use. The role emphasizes independent work, systems thinking, and pragmatic product instincts.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations or HR processes preferred.
• Ability to build from zero and create scalable tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and continuously improve onboarding experience from offer to ramp.
• Create a simple, useful employee hub with information and resources.
• Build core People policies, documentation, and operating infrastructure.
• Identify gaps across the employee lifecycle and decide what to build or remove.
• Use AI and automation to simplify People programs for employees and managers.
• Create self-service tools to reduce People administration.
