Job summary

Videa Health, Inc. in Boston is seeking a People Operations Generalist to help build the foundation for how people experience working here.

You’ll design onboarding, an employee hub, policies and documentation, and scalable processes using AI-native approaches. You’ll partner with the VP of People to turn ideas into practical tools that employees actually use, and you’ll own critical details from concept to implementation as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Strong systems thinker who can identify root causes before building solutions.
• Demonstrated AI-native approach; has built or automated using AI.
• Comfortable starting from zero with new processes and playbooks.
• Ability to work independently and drive outcomes without detailed instructions.
• Good product instincts for employee experiences and usability.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve onboarding experience from offer to ramp.
• Create a simple, useful employee hub with essential resources.
• Develop core People policies and scalable operating infrastructure.
• Identify gaps across the employee lifecycle and define what to build.
• Leverage AI and automation to simplify and speed People programs.
• Create self-service tools to reduce People administration.
• Monitor employee signals to preempt issues before they grow.
• Collaborate with the VP of People on new programs and experiments.
• Own the details and execution to turn ideas into usable tools.
