Job summary

Videa, a dental AI company in the United States, is seeking a People Operations Generalist. You will build onboarding experiences, create an employee hub, and develop core People policies while leveraging AI to simplify processes.

You will report to the VP of People and work across the company to implement scalable systems. Strong systems thinking and an AI-first mindset are essential for success in this builder role.

Qualifications

• Strong systems thinking; understand underlying problems and design scalable solutions (≤140 chars)
• AI-native mindset; actively use AI to improve processes and build new programs
• Able to start from zero; create processes and tools from scratch
• Operate independently; drive outcomes without detailed instructions
• Strong product instincts; view employees as users and design usable steps
• Keep things simple; avoid unnecessary processes or complexity
• Move quickly; experiment and improve once in users’ hands
• Passion for innovation in People Ops; seek better ways to operate
• Experience building operating systems and product skills in People Ops (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Build onboarding experiences from offer through ramp and measure impact
• Create a simple employee hub with essential information/resources
• Develop core People policies, docs, and infrastructure for scale
• Identify gaps across the employee lifecycle and decide what to build or improve
• Use AI and automation to make People programs faster and more useful
• Create self-service tools that reduce routine People administration
• Monitor employee signals to catch issues early
• Partner with VP of People on new programs as the company grows
• Own details and execution to turn ideas into usable solutions
