Job summary

5W Public Relations is seeking a People Operations Associate, a temporary position with potential to convert to a permanent full-time role. You will support recruiting and HR operations, coordinating scheduling, candidate experience, and HR processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and discretion, with experience in HRIS/ATS systems like Greenhouse and HiBob. Hybrid work model and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior internship or full-time experience in a professional environment; HR/ Recruiting/ People Ops preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook; experience with HRIS/ATS platforms such as HiBob and Greenhouse is a plus.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar expense management systems is a plus.
• Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn and improve processes.
• Comfortable using AI and emerging tech to support responsibilities.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Schedule candidate phone screens and interviews through Greenhouse; support the recruiting team.
• Create a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and track candidate pipelines in Greenhouse.
• Post positions to various websites with the talent team.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Provide HR administrative support (expense reports, trackers, internal comms) and assist ongoing projects.
