Zusammenfassung

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a meticulous People Operations Analyst to join the People team in an data-driven capacity. You will analyze data, build reports, and support payroll, recruiting, learning, and employee experience initiatives. Early ESG & Sustainability exposure and AI tool adoption are key growth aspects of the role.

In-office, Monday–Friday, based in Irvine, CA. Compensation ranges from $73,000 to $80,000 annually, with opportunities for bonuses and career development

Qualifikationen

• 0-2 years of professional experience; internships, coursework, or relevant projects count.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, ATS or ESG reporting tools is a bonus.

Aufgaben

• Analyze data and create reports and dashboards to inform People decisions.
• Support Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Experience.
• Maintain accurate data across HR systems and ensure data quality.
• Identify process improvements and automate where possible.
• Support ESG & Sustainability data management and reporting as needed.
• Pilot new AI use cases and drive adoption across People functions.
