Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a People Operations Analyst to support Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Experience with data-driven insights. You will improve processes, dashboards, and reporting while expanding cross-functional experience in ESG & Sustainability initiatives and AI adoption across the team.

The role is in-office in Irvine, CA, offering opportunities to influence people strategy and contribute to a growing multifamily portfolio.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional experience in HR/People Operations; internships, coursework, or relevant projects count.
• Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables; data organization and analysis.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, ATS tools, or ESG reporting tools is a bonus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner across Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Experience to provide day-to-day analytical and operational support wherever it's needed.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards, including headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, payroll accuracy, training completion, and engagement metrics, to support strategic People decisions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, flag risks, and surface actionable recommendations for People leadership.
• Support the buildout of payroll tools and reporting to help ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with recruiting coordination and reporting, including pipeline metrics and hiring funnel analysis.
• Help track and measure the impact of learning and development programs.
• Contribute to employee experience initiatives, including surveys, onboarding, and recognition programs, and help analyze the results.
• Serve as an early adopter and champion of AI tools across People functions by piloting new use cases, streamlining workflows, and helping the broader team learn to work smarter with AI.
• Identify opportunities to improve or automate internal People processes and help implement those improvements.
• Maintain clean, organized, and accurate data across HR systems.
