Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise associates and leaders to achieve area goals.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and laws; maintain confidential HR records.
• Develop recruiting and staffing initiatives and monitor training curricula.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using sound judgment and escalation where needed.
