Job summary

Sila Solutions Group is seeking an operations-focused professional to act as the hub supporting candidates, leaders, and employees. You will help recruit top consulting talent, coordinate onboarding, and improve workplace processes while partnering with company leadership to shape growth.

This role blends recruiting, employee experience, and operational efficiency in a national firm with Seattle headquarters.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in operations, recruiting, executive support, employee experience, project coordination, or a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Experience supporting a professional services or consulting organization is a plus.
• Experience sourcing candidates and coordinating recruiting activities is highly desirable.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, ATS platforms, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct candidate outreach and phone screenings.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics.

What You'll Do
