You will manage onboarding, growth conversations, and performance processes, leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and data-driven insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience running structured, recurring people-processes (promotion, performance reviews) end-to-end.
• Experience navigating ATS and modernizing candidate pipelines.
• Strong ability to analyze conversations and translate into actionable leadership insights.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day candidate experience, career pathing, and promotion-cycle execution.
• Manage onboarding ramp plans and 30/60/90-day check-ins for new hires.
• Support learning initiatives and continuous improvement of People Ops processes.
