You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, onboard new hires, maintain records in Bullhorn, and assist both Recruiting and Sales teams with research, reporting, and day-to-day tasks. A customer‑service mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, administrative support, or a similar people-focused role preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, coordinating interviews, and maintaining job postings.
• Coordinate candidate and new-hire processes, including background checks, required documentation, onboarding, and ongoing follow-up.
• Maintain accurate candidate, employee, and client information within Bullhorn and other internal systems.
• Support the Recruiting and Sales teams with client research, lead generation, reporting, presentations, and other day-to-day operational needs.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for candidates and employees while helping keep internal processes organized and running smoothly.
