Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Madison, WI, to partner with leadership and hiring managers across departments. You will source, screen, and schedule candidates, manage postings and communications, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.

You will assist with offers, background checks, and onboarding coordination while tracking recruiting metrics to provide updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR-related experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
