You will coordinate interviews, maintain records, and ensure compliant I-9 and E-Verify procedures while supporting job postings and internal mobility.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Familiarity with an HRIS or ATS system required or preferred.
• Commitment to confidentiality and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting through an ATS (sourcing, vetting, screening, scheduling, interviewing).
• Coordinate interview process with candidates and managers.
• Track candidate progress and maintain recruitment records.
• Coordinate onboarding (offers, background checks, new hire packets).
• Assist with I-9 documentation & E-Verify.
• Assist with new hire orientation.
• Write and modify job listings and descriptions.
• Support internal transfers and promotions.
• Attend career fairs and assist with hiring events.
• Assist in other HR functions or ad hoc projects as needed.
