Job summary

ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC in Reno, NV seeks an entry- to mid-level Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for entry- to mid-level roles. You will source, vet, screen, and schedule interviews, coordinating with managers and handling onboarding tasks from offers to background checks.

You’ll support I-9 documentation and E-Verify, maintain records, and keep recruitment processes compliant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
• 1–2 years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems (BambooHR or similar) is a plus.
• Demonstrates a high level of confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Mac OS.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting through an ATS (Sourcing, vetting, screening, scheduling, interviewing).
• Coordinate interview process with candidates and managers.
• Track candidate progress and maintain recruitment records.
• Coordinate onboarding (offers, background checks, new hire packets).
• Assist with I-9 documentation & E-Verify processes.
• Assist with new hire orientation.
• Write or modify job listings as needed.
• Support internal transfers and promotions.
• Attend career fairs and assist with hiring events.
• Support other HR functions or ad hoc projects as needed.
