Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR/People Operations.
• Ability to design and execute end-to-end employee lifecycle programs.
• Strong data fluency with HRIS and payroll data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the employee lifecycle end to end from offer to exit with clear owners and milestones.
• Own HR’s operational core and scale infrastructure, including compliance, benefits, and immigration.
• Own people data and analytics to continuously improve the employee experience.
