Cohere is seeking a People Systems and Automation Manager to design and automate people processes using Rippling, Slack, Notion and other tools. You will own end-to-end employee lifecycle, build scalable workflows, and drive compliance and documentation across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Built People Ops/HR systems at a fast-growing company.
• Designed and automated HR workflows with integrations.
• Experience with HRIS implementation or migration.

Responsibilities

• Map and redesign People processes before automation.
• Build workflows across HRIS and wider tooling.
• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle from joiners to leavers.
• Document SOPs and runbooks.
• Design for audits and compliance.
