Job summary

Millennium Management LLC’s People Operations team seeks a People Operations Associate to guide employees and managers on HR policies and lifecycle events, delivering a high-quality employee experience.

You will lead New Hire Orientation, coordinate onboarding, manage inquiries in Workday and other HR systems, and collaborate with Legal, IT, Talent Acquisition, Payroll to meet business priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of HR experience.
• Experience with onboarding and HRIS platforms.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor on HR policies and employee lifecycle matters.
• Lead coordination of New Hire Orientation and onboarding processes.
• Provide proactive, high-touch support to employees throughout onboarding and beyond.
• Collaborate with Legal, Immigration, IT, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to meet business priorities.
