Job summary

Symmetrio in Littleton, MA is seeking a full-time, on-site People Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a key resource for Talent Acquisition and employee support. You will collaborate with the People Operations team, employees, managers, and external partners to foster a positive and efficient employee experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR administration or People Operations experience.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience supporting Talent Acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, and HR records.
• Experience with immigration documentation is preferred.
• Experience using AI tools to improve HR processes.
• PHR certification is a plus.
• Mandarin language skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations with Sr. Manager of People Operations.
• Assist with immigration counsel documentation and visa processes.
• Coordinate travel and business visa requirements.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR processes and procedures.
• Draft company-wide communications.
• Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends.
• Provide HR guidance to employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
