The role emphasizes organization, service-mindedness, and a hands-on approach in a healthcare technology setting, with exposure to Oracle HCM and HR tools while collaborating onsite at the Tampa office at least

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR administration experience with responsibility for employee records and payroll/benefits/leave support.
• Experience with HR systems and MS Office; Oracle HCM, ATS, or benefits platforms a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality; service-oriented communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer routine questions about policies, benefits and HR systems; route escalations and support HR tools.
• Assist in processing employee transactions in Oracle HCM (hires, changes, terminations); maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, track completion, and partner with People leaders.
• Support benefits administration, enrollment, and monthly vendor reporting.
• Support leave, accommodations, and immigration/compliance activities as needed.
• Develop employee surveys and support engagement initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support and office tasks as assigned.
