Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of People team programs and processes related to engagement, talent development and talent management.
• Develop and distribute People team communications for company-wide audiences.
• Provide ongoing operational support for Learning & Development, Sales Enablement and Employee Resource Groups including onboarding.
• Develop project plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate stakeholders, working sessions, communications, and follow-up actions.
• Track project status, risks, issues, decisions and change requests.
• Prepare concise project updates and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and clarity in program operations.
