Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a People Operations Program Manager to join the People Team in Santa Monica, CA.

You will manage delivery of programs in employee engagement, talent development, and talent management, while developing communications for a company-wide audience and supporting onboarding for Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, and ERGs. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in People Operations or HR operations, strong project management skills, and experience with AI-driven tools to boost

  • Track project status, risks, issues, decisions and change requests.
  • Prepare concise project updates and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and clarity in program operations.

These pay zones may be modified in the future.Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) :The base salary range for this position is $98,000-$146,000 annually.Zone B :The base salary range for this position is $93,000-$139,000 annually.Zone C :The base salary range for this position is $83,000-$124,000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
