Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a People Operations Program Manager to join the People Team in Santa Monica, CA. You’ll manage programs for employee engagement, talent development, onboarding, and operational efficiency to improve member experiences across the company.

You’ll create project plans, coordinate stakeholders, track status, and implement process improvements to scale Snap’s people operations in a fast-growing, inclusive tech environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating projects with cross-functional stakeholders and multiple deadlines.
  • Experience using spreadsheets or HR systems to maintain data and operational reports.
  • Experience documenting and improving business processes.
  • 3+ years in People Operations, HR operations, program management, or related roles.

  • Provide ongoing operational support for Learning & Development and onboarding.
  • Develop project plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.

We’re looking for a People Operations Program Manager to join the People Team at Snap Inc!

This position will be based in Santa Monica, CA.

What you’ll do:
  • Manage the delivery of People team programs and processes related to employee engagement, talent development, and talent management to create greater efficiency and simplify team member experiences.
  • Develop and distribute People team communications for a company-wide audience.
  • Provide ongoing operational support for Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, and Employee Resource Groups including new hire onboarding, executive onboarding, sales onboarding and global turnkey events.
  • Develop project plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, working sessions, communications, and follow-up actions.
  • Track project status, risks, issues, decisions, and change requests.
  • Prepare concise project updates and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify process improvements, increasing efficiency and clarity in program operations.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Knowledge of core HR processes and employee lifecycle practices.
  • Experience using AI-driven tools to enhance program management efficiency and innovation.
  • Experience facilitating programs or workshops.
  • Knowledge of project management methods, process improvement, and change-management practices.
  • High level of agility and ability to thrive through change
  • Discretion in handling confidential employee information with and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Ability to organize complex work, synthesize information, and drive follow-through across teams.
  • Builds productive and collaborative relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Workday or comparable HR systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience coordinating projects or programs with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Experience using spreadsheets or HR systems to maintain accurate data and prepare operational reports.
  • Experience documenting and improving business processes.
  • 3+ years experience in People Operations, HR operations, program management, or related roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting process improvement, automation, or change-management initiatives.
  • Experience supporting employee engagement, onboarding or talent development programs.
  • Experience in a technology or high growth environment.

Compensation
  • Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $98,000-$146,000 annually.
  • Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $93,000-$139,000 annually.
  • Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $83,000-$124,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
