Job summary

IBH Addiction Recovery in Coventry Township, OH, is seeking a Human Resources and Payroll Administrator to support HR operations and payroll processing in a nonprofit healthcare setting.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, benefits enrollment, and compliance, coordinate with payors and the PEO, and ensure accurate compensation. A Bachelor’s in HR/Business or 3+ years of experience, plus ADP/TotalSource experience, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field OR 3+ years of experience in HR/Finance required.
• Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• ADP Workforce Now and/or TotalSource experience preferred.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications preferred.
• Experience in addiction or mental health treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the pre-hiring process including updating job descriptions, posting positions, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
• Conducts interviews and provides job offers with terms of employment, pay, and start date.
• Manages bi-weekly payroll processing, investigates pay errors, and communicates payroll items to staff.
• Reconciles benefit deductions with payroll, monthly bills, Time and Attendance data, and accruals.
• Assists with policy development, onboarding, and employee records; coordinates with PEO for personnel system solutions.
