Colossal Health & Rehab Center is seeking an HR/Payroll Administrator to support the community with payroll and HR duties. This role ensures compliance with state and federal regulations while assisting in recruiting, onboarding and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in payroll and/or HR administration.
• Knowledge of payroll/personnel regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, workers' compensation).
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate HRIS software.

Responsibilities

• Administer and perform HR/payroll functions in accordance with current acceptable accounting principles and regulations.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and retention of employees.
