Ammega Group is seeking an HR professional to oversee onboarding, job description creation, and full cycle HR activities for our Kansas City team. The role involves supporting recruiting, performance management, and benefits administration in a full-time onsite capacity.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s in HR, with a Master’s or PHR preferred, and at least three years in HR functions such as recruiting, compensation, and training. Travel to branch locations is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources required.
• Master’s degree or PHR certification preferred.
• At least 3 years in HR (recruiting, compensation, benefits, training and development).
• Valid driver’s license and travel to branch locations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage new hire orientations and all onboarding paperwork (I-9, insurance enrollment, agreements).
• Create job descriptions and source roles.
• Back up recruiter for phone interviews and scheduling.
• Oversee performance review process and salary increases.
• Lead annual enrollment and benefit negotiations, and distribute benefit materials.
