Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
• Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic consultations around HR topics aligned to the POps’ services.
• Collaborate across organizational boundaries to influence priorities and solutions.
• Drive operational excellence to improve processes, service delivery, and programs for Googlers.
• Act as an HR advisor, mentor, and partner to Googlers, managers, leaders, and manage risk mitigation.
