Job summary

Google is seeking a senior leader in People Operations to guide organizational and people-related strategy with data-driven decision making. You will partner with global VP leaders to drive change across large functions.

You will coach leaders, manage talent and performance programs, and lead initiatives in change management, engagement, and development, ensuring clear communication of strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 9 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting tech & non tech level VP leaders at global companies.
• Experience in organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and organizational design.

Responsibilities

• Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution. Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions.
• Consult with senior leaders to create comprehensive people plans to influence lasting change over large Google functions. Partner with leaders on the define, design, launch, and land change initiatives.
• Provide expertise in talent and performance management, change management, leadership coaching, data analysis and insights, employee relations and strategic development.
• Prepare leaders and teams to embrace organizational change, shaping and executing comprehensive people plans.
• Manage clear communication of people strategies and implement organizational changes to achieve desired business goals.
