As our People Operations Partner for Clinical Programs & Workforce Strategy, you'll serve as a trusted HR advisor, collaborating with clinical leaders to strengthen workforce planning, support employee success, maintain regulatory compliance, and help advance key initiatives including our evolving Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) programs.

The People Operations Partner serves as the dedicated HR business partner for our Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health programs. This position combines employee relations expertise, workforce strategy, regulatory knowledge, and clinical operations support to ensure our healthcare teams remain compliant, engaged, and positioned for success.
Working closely with clinical leadership and the Director of Compliance & Credentialing, you'll help align talent initiatives, workforce planning, credentialing considerations, and employee relations practices to support high-quality patient care and operational excellence.
You’ll also play an important role in developing organization-wide job architecture, career pathways, and workforce planning strategies that support long-term growth and sustainability
