Socket.dev is seeking a People Operations Partner to support Clinical Programs and Workforce Strategy in East Providence. You will collaborate with clinical leaders to strengthen workforce planning, ensure compliance, and advance key initiatives across CCBHC/FQHC programs.

As the HR business partner for Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health, you will align talent initiatives, credentialing considerations, and employee relations practices to deliver high-quality patient care and operational

Qualifications

• Progressive HR experience in healthcare, behavioral health, FQHC, or regulated settings.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and accreditation requirements and their impact on HR practices.
• Experience managing employee relations, investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Proven ability to partner with clinical leaders and compliance teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner for Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health leaders and programs.
• Guide employee relations, performance management, and corrective action processes.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, transfers, and organizational changes within clinical programs.
• Manage separations, retirements, and transitions with leadership.
