Job summary

Drivemode is seeking a People & Culture leader to drive scalable People Operations across a fast-growing automotive tech division. You will own onboarding, benefits, immigration, and HR systems while partnering with stakeholders to optimize processes and data-driven decisions.

You’ll collaborate with global teams to build a strong people-centric culture, empower employees, and ensure compliant, efficient operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in fast-paced tech or established orgs.
• Experience building scalable People Operations processes.
• Experience managing benefits programs and immigration cases.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Agile, proactive approach in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement People programs to automate transactions and improve self-service.
• Own People Technology initiatives aligned with growth and goals.
• Organize onboarding programs for new staff and manage off-boarding processes.
• Manage benefits and wellness programs and educate employees.
• Liaise with immigration partners and manage end-to-end immigration processes.
• Maintain HR systems (HiBob, VerifyFirst, DocuSign, Notion, Easyllama).
• Analyze data and reports to provide clear recommendations.
• Coordinate Travel Policy with the parent company.
