Drivemode, the software and user experience division of Honda, seeks a People Operations leader to automate HR processes and scale People tech. You will own onboarding/off-boarding, benefits, and immigration, partnering across the company to build a stronger People function.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in fast-paced tech or established orgs.
• Experience building scalable People Operations processes.
• Proven track record managing benefits programs and immigration cases.
• Strong data-driven approach to optimize People Ops infra.
• Ability to balance efficiency with positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement People programs to automate manual transactions.
• Own People Technology initiatives aligning systems with growth goals.
• Organize onboarding programs for new employees and ensure smooth integration.
• Coordinate off-boarding processes for departing staff.
• Own benefits and wellness programs with employee education.
• Liaise with immigration partners and manage end-to-end immigration.
• Advise employees on day-to-day People matters and provide documentation support.
• Manage HR systems for data accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and interpret data and reports with clear recommendations.
• Partner with the parent company and oversee Travel Policy.
