Profound is seeking a Payroll Manager to own payroll for its US, UK, Singapore, and Argentina entities, with ad hoc oversight of EOR countries. You will run payroll accurately and on time, while building controls and automation to scale headcount.

Partner with Finance, People, Legal, and Accounting, and be the point of contact for payroll questions from employees and leaders. As an AI company, you will apply AI and automation, while knowing when human review is required.

Formación

• 5 to 8+ years of payroll experience, multi-country exposure.
• Hands-on experience running US payroll across states.
• Experience with EOR/PEO coverage for countries without local entities.
• Deep knowledge of payroll tax and compliance requirements.
• Experience with equity compensation mechanics and reporting.
• Experience with commissions and variable pay structures.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with Sales Ops/RevOps.
• Solid accounting fundamentals and close-out discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Run end-to-end payroll for US, UK, Singapore, and Argentina, including hires, terminations, changes, bonuses, commissions.
• Administer deductions, benefits, pension, and 401(k) remittances.
• Manage contractor payments and worker classification with People and Legal.
• Respond to employee questions and protect payroll data confidentiality.
• Maintain compliance with tax, wage-hour, social security, and filings.
• Lead expansion of payroll into new countries and coordinate with vendors.
