Job summary

Broccoli is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to support the Director of People in fostering a positive SF-based culture. You will own day-to-day HR tasks, onboarding, and employee engagement to help our growing team feel valued and supported.

This role involves coordinating onboarding, managing swag and equipment, running HR reports, and serving as a friendly point of contact for teammates. 1–3 years in HR is ideal.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR/People Operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Warm, welcoming presence as the face of the office.
• Familiar with Rippling HRIS; comfortable using AI tools to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Own employee engagement and recognition programs; plan and execute initiatives that build culture.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding: set up workspaces, greet new hires, ensure first days are welcoming.
• Manage new hire swag inventory and prep, ensuring timely delivery for start dates.
• Coordinate device/equipment setup: desks, monitors, and workstation needs.
• Maintain new hire checklists and follow up on onboarding items.
