Job summary

You will maintain Paylocity data integrity, audit job requisitions, and assist with HR communications and processes. Collaboration with Roers support teams and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (HR / Business or related field).
• 0-1+ years HR or related experience in a professional services environment preferred.
• Experience with ATS or HRIS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new employee preparation with Roers teams and schedule onboarding.
• Audit job requisitions in Paylocity and ensure accurate postings.
• Schedule onsite/virtual interviews and coordinate leadership schedules for efficient interviews.
• Maintain data integrity in Paylocity for reporting.
• Support onboarding, document creation, and HRIS data entry.
• Conduct I-9 verifications via eVerify for new hires.
• Draft, edit, and publish internal HR communications.
