The Training & Development Specialist provides hands‑on coordination, administration, and ongoing support for learning and development programs across Roers Companies. This role manages the day‑to‑day details that support effective program delivery, including scheduling, communications, materials, tracking, reporting, and learning systems. The Specialist facilitates assigned components of New Hire Orientation and supports the coordination and delivery of onboarding and other in‑person and virtual training programs. The role also applies instructional design and adult learning principles to develop and maintain engaging learning content, including eLearning, presentations, job aids, facilitator resources, and other learning tools.
