Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Design and improve onboarding programs for new hires.
• Partner with managers on performance management and development.
• Serve as primary contact for employee relations and guidance.
• Maintain accurate employee records with strict confidentiality.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and practices.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Administer benefits, leave programs, and HR initiatives.
