Job summary

You will train team members, manage scheduling systems, and uphold compliance while delivering an inclusive, guest‑centric environment at the store level.

• Support team member and leader training needs and be an advocate for learning.
• Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
• Deliver on HR processes to maximize team engagement and minimize disruption.
