Paxos in New York is seeking a hands-on Manager, People Operations to own the design and execution of key People programs and systems in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

You will partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and L&D to ensure processes are consistent, efficient, and aligned with business priorities, while leading HR systems improvements and reporting to drive scalability and insights for executives and the Board.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in HR/People with 8-10 years in People Operations.
• Experience scaling organizations in high-growth tech or regulated industries.
• Experience integrating acquired employees into HR systems and programs (M&A onboarding).
• Strong analytics to model and present people data for strategic decisions.
• Hands-on with HR systems and reporting to enable process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee design and rollout of engagement surveys, onboarding, compliance, and HR systems renewals.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and L&D to align processes with business priorities.
• Lead HR systems improvements, automation, and reporting for accuracy and scalability.
• Build dashboards and provide actionable insights to executives and the Board.
• Ensure cross-geography compliance and smooth integration of international populations.
