Paxos is seeking an experienced HR professional to support a distributed international workforce and drive strategic people analytics. You will leverage Workday to optimize reporting, implement HR programs, and influence executives across geographies.

The role thrives in a fast-moving environment with cross-functional collaboration and a focus on compliance, data-driven decisions, and employee lifecycle initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and advanced HR certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support small or distributed international employee populations across geographies and ensure compliance across regions.
• Model, interpret, and present complex people-data to drive strategic decisions.
• Leverage HR systems (Workday) for reporting, analytics, and process improvements.
• Oversee and implement HR programs across the employee lifecycle.
• Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with sound judgment and proactive problem-solving.
• Design and implement cross-disciplinary solutions quickly.
• Manage competing priorities, take initiative, and drive projects to completion.
• Communicate effectively with employees and executives to influence decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Experience supporting small or distributed international employee populations, including navigating varying compliance and operational needs across geographies
• Exceptional analytical skills are required - advanced ability to model, interpret, and present complex people-data to drive clear, strategic decisions.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday required) and proven ability to leverage technology for reporting, analytics, and process improvements.
• Experience overseeing and implementing a wide range of HR programs across the employee lifecycle.
• A track record of thriving in very fast-moving, ambiguous environments with sound judgment and proactive problem-solving.
• Designing and quickly implementing solutions that cut across multiple disciplines.
• Successful management of competing priorities, taking initiative, and driving projects to completion in a timely and accurate manner.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels, from employees to executives.

• Bachelor’s degree and advanced HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MSHR) are a plus.
