Job summary

Menlo Ventures is searching for a People Operations Manager in Boston to oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. This role will manage HRIS systems, ensuring smooth and compliant operations in a fast-growing tech environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR experience, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of US employment compliance. The job requires being in office 5 days a week with a focus on leveraging AI for improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR.
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing HRIS.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Solid understanding of US employment compliance.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Manage and evolve Suno’s HRIS and employee records.
• Build and maintain employee-facing information resources.
• Partner with Finance on payroll processes.
• Support immigration processes for employees.
• Identify workflow efficiencies across People Operations.
• Lead People programs that improve the employee experience.
• Provide support for talent planning and headcount management.
