Job summary

LinkSquares in Boston is seeking a People Operations Manager to own both the operational backbone and strategic programs of our People function. You’ll lead onboarding, benefits, HRIS data integrity, and compliance while advising managers on employee relations, performance management, and development.

This role leverages AI and new tech to innovate People programs. The position is hybrid, with in-office cadence in Boston (Tue/Thu).

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in People Operations or related role.
• Hands-on experience administering employee benefits programs and owning HRIS data.
• Working knowledge of employment law, leave requirements, and compliance fundamentals.
• Experience supporting compensation programs (job evaluations, leveling, benchmarking) is a plus.
• Strong Excel and data analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, benefits, HRIS data integrity, and compliance.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and development.
• Lead benefits enrollment and partner with brokers to improve offerings.
• Own People analytics and quarterly metrics reporting for business decisions.
• Support compensation programs with job evaluations and benchmarking.
• Innovate and improve People programs using AI and new technology.
