Job summary

Manning Personnel Group, Inc. partners with a start-up tech firm to recruit a People Operations Manager who will own the full employee lifecycle and manage HRIS and people data infrastructure.

This role will drive system improvements and serve as a key operational partner to Talent, IT, and Office Management. You will collaborate with Finance on payroll processes, support immigration efforts, and leverage AI-powered tools to automate workflows as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR

Responsibilities

• Own the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Manage HRIS and data accuracy, including migrations and documentation.
• Create and maintain employee resources pages for scalability.
• Partner with Finance on payroll processes and compliance.
• Support immigration processes with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to automate and scale processes using AI and modern tooling.
