Job summary

Prophecy is seeking a hands-on People Operations Manager to lead and scale our people function. You will partner with the SVP of Finance & Operations to oversee recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and employee experience across a global team.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruiting, benefits administration, HR operations, policy maintenance, and HR reporting. The role emphasizes strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple countries and states.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in HR, with at least 2+ years owning multiple people functions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Recruiting experience is a must.
• Knowledge of Rippling HRIS System; working knowledge of US employment law; multi-state or international experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes across the organization.
• Oversee benefits administration, HR operations, payroll coordination with brokers and vendors.
• Enhance employee experience and engagement; partner with leadership to build a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate performance reviews, employee relations, and other HR programs for a consistent employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; maintain HR policies and records.
• Streamline HR processes, maintain HR systems, and develop scalable practices.
