Prophecy, a US-based data startup, is seeking an experienced HR leader to own people operations, recruiting, onboarding, and benefits. You will partner with leadership to shape employee experience and scalable processes, ensuring strong people capability as the company scales.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in HR, with 2+ years leading multiple people functions, plus solid recruiting knowledge and familiarity with US employment law. Rippling experience is a plus.
