Formación

• 3+ years of HR or People Operations leadership experience, ideally in multi-location environments.
• Strong knowledge of California employment practices, wage and hour, leaves of absence and accommodations.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling sensitive employee matters.

Responsabilidades

• Lead leaves of absence and accommodation processes and ensure compliant implementation across locations.
• Investigate employee relations matters, document findings, and advise on solutions.
• Partner with Director of People to align policies, processes, and People programs.
