Responsibilities

• Maintain confidential employee files and HRIS payroll data.
• Coordinate timekeeping and payroll reporting processes.
• Deliver onboarding and orientation programs.

• Manage hiring activities: postings, interviews, onboarding.
• Maintain OSHA records and Workers' Compensation reporting.
• Ensure I-9 and EEO documentation compliance.
• Plan and conduct employee meetings and training sessions.
