Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in human resources.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain confidential employee files and HRIS/payroll data.
• Deliver orientation programs and training sessions.
• Oversee employee engagement and onboarding processes.
• Administer onboarding, timekeeping, and payroll reporting.
• Ensure OSHA compliance, I-9/EEO documentation, and verifications.
• Manage hiring processes, job postings, and candidate screening.
• Prepare and distribute employee reports and newsletters.
