Job summary

Partners Personnel is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR policy administration, recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development. The role focuses on building an employee-oriented, high-performance culture aligned with organizational goals.

The candidate will partner with leadership to administer HR programs, ensure compliance, and support organizational development, while handling employee relations and workforce planning with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain HR policies, procedures, programs, and employee documentation.
• Maintain timekeeping system and resolve discrepancies related to timekeeping, attendance, and time-off.
• Coordinate hiring, candidate screening, background checks, and onboarding.
• Support recruiting strategies and staffing initiatives across the organization.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Coordinate employee orientation, onboarding, and professional development programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Support organizational development initiatives and HR programs.
