Job summary

South Key is seeking a results-driven HR/Operations professional to join a high-growth SaaS company in Atlanta. You will partner with executives and department leaders to scale onboarding, culture, and organizational effectiveness while driving cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in a Human Resources role or an Office Management role with HR duties
• Experience in onboarding, engagement, culture, or workplace experience
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving organizational initiatives
• Experience facilitating meetings and managing projects involving multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders to help their teams achieve peak performance and align around shared business objectives.
• Lead recurring cross-functional meetings involving Sales, Account Management, Product, and other departments.
• Review key performance metrics and facilitate discussions around revenue, customer success, operational, and product development goals.
• Identify organizational roadblocks and proactively facilitate collaboration to resolve issues before they impact execution.
• Track action items, follow through on commitments, and promote accountability across teams.
• Recommend and implement improvements to internal communication, workflows, and processes.
• Champion HubSpot adoption and training as Super Administrator, overseeing data integrity and advanced reporting.
• Coordinate internal meetings, company communications, and special projects.
• Partner with our international operations specialist team to promote consistency and collaboration.
• Proactively address team dynamics or communication issues before they escalate.
• Design and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
