Formación

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role in SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and global labor laws.
• Proven track record in talent strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership on organizational structure, talent development, and change management.
• Lead Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding initiatives.
• Oversee performance management, development, OKRs, and feedback cycles.
• Foster culture, engagement surveys, wellness programs, and inclusive workplace.
• Oversee compensation benchmarking, benefits offerings, compliance, HRIS and internal documentation.
